Techno has certain factors which  differentiates us from the rest of our competitors in Singapore, one of which is the trading and technical support of the water-jet system. Throughout the years, we have been  keen on finding ways to support the oil & gas sector, not only with water-jet services but also with tools and equipment sales and rentals to further expand our business.

Ultra High Pressure water-jetting method has been successfully applied at Singapore Changi Airport to remove varying thickness of rubber deposits, cleaning of apron ( aircraft bay ) and other service areas for aircraft. An optimum combination must be maintained amongst all the cleaning parameters in order to achieve effective and efficient removal of rubber without causing undue to the pavement surface.

Friction values of runways show significant improvement after each cleaning process, hence restoration of a good skid resistance to runway is achieved.

Habitat Isolation Chamber

HABITAT SVEISOLAT ® ISOLATION CHAMBER

  ○  Fire or gas indications on the installation's permanent facilities.
  ○  Gas detection on one of the five detectors connected to the MGD Unit.
  ○   Pressure loss inside the Habitat triggered by the Habitat unit's
       pressure sensor.

SVEISOLAT® is rigged and operated by experienced personnel trained and certified for these tasks. All procedures are documented in accordance with rules and regulations and our own safety procedures.

Extensive experience and positive results from working in close association with our customers help us to devise safe solutions even when the challenge seems insurmountable.

  ○   Manual shutdown of welds in the Habitat via emergency stoppers.

The MGD Unit is the brain in  the SVEISOLAT® concept, controlling and monitoring all equipment. It checks all processors and is capable of tripping alarms and shutting down welding apparatus or other tools in situations such as :

        FOR SHUTDOWN.

Results will be better and cheaper when we are part of the operation from the start. Our specialist personnel assess and recommend the design and dimensions of the Habitat and equipment and are responsible for logistics.

  ●   SVEISOLAT® - A SAFE WORKPLACE ANYWHERE.

SVEISOLAT® can be leased for both short term and long term operations. When a customer leases the MGD, the contract includes qualified personnel with the relevant training and a minimum of 500 hours approved practice and SVEISOLAT® operator certification.

  ●    MGD MOBILE GAS DETECTOR MONITORS OPERATIONS

SVEISOLAT®  is a complete concept for performing hot work in a safe working environment on oil & gas installations during production. The concept is highly cost-saving since downtime is reduced and in many cases eliminated.

SVEISOLAT®  is a simple concept with a comprehensive safety system . SVEISOLAT® consists of an overpressure tent carefully designed for the area to be isolated. The Habitat has a modular composition and among other features, has unique penetration cloths which can be fitted over tubular stuctures of various dimensions.         

SVEISOLAT® is constructed in the form and dimensions most suited to the purpose in each case and providing the greatest possible level of safety. Skirting cloths enable welding to be performed on deck.

  ●   TAILOR-MADE SOLUTIONS.

Thanks to its flexible construction,SVEISOLAT® can be used everywhere, offshore and onshore - in pipe gates and single pipes, on beams and T-pipes with multiple branches. It can be mounted against walls, ceilings and floors - or places we have not even thought of yet.

  ●   OPTIMUM SAFETY EVEN DURING OPEN FLAME OPERATIONS.

A comprehensive safety and alarm system monitors the  Habitat and its environments. The system comprises a series of internal and external detectors and initiates automatic shutdown in threatening situations. An air-powered fan with optic gas detector will continue running after any power outage to ensure cooling of overheated tools.
